Report Reviewing

With this option, Mods OT Hub members can access expert advice on their home modifications reports, plans and / or scopes of work. With your OT Hub membership, you have the option to book in for a complimentary coaching call with Angie who has obtained approvals for an extensive range of complex home modifications under various funding schemes. If you would like a more detailed review, you can submit the de-identified report, plans and diagrams to Angie, who will review the recommendations in your reports and provide detailed feedback.*

Computer aided drafting (CAD) drawings

With this option, Mods OT Hub members receive assistance with bringing complex home modifications diagrams to life. Clear and professional diagrams help your clients visualise the proposed modifications and allow them to be actively involved in the design process. They also help you communicate your design ideas more cohesively with building professionals and funding panel reviewers. You provide the sketch and measurements, and we provide professional plans and elevations using SketchUp*, a 3D CAD program used by architects and designers…and OT’s who want to stand out above the rest!
